About Angelic Rainbow Enterprises
Founder and Owner of the Angelic Rainbow Enterprise Youth Empire (parent company), Cicely Majeed is an avid youth advocate with over 15 years of experience mentoring, counseling, encouraging, training, motivating, and working with all youth from all walks of life, to provide opportunities for excellence in their lives. Her purpose for the current four subsidiaries (RUPYS, SHH, ARC4YE, and THSA), which stand on their own as well, is to usher new youth and young adult leaders into the future, with the knowledge that they are our future, and to create opportunities for structured play and learning, as well as healing and thinking differently, so they can create a more progressive, evolving and effective way of life on a planet we alll must thrive on together in unity, harmony, equality and love. Her unique and innovative curriculum and healing procedures are all to motivate youth and young adults to excellence.

At Rainbow Universe Pageants & Youth Services our mission is to motivate youth to excellence through inner beauty pageants, personal development programs and services, workshops we call "funshops" and special memberships. At Sandalphon's Heart and Home we provide an orphanage like program with four different departments to address four different areas of psychological development (ACD, RYWSC,BWP & C2W) to house homeless youth, youth survivors of sex and human trafficking, youth ex-gangsters, youth ex-prostitutes and youth with mental illness or behavioral issues. Our mission is to provide a loving atmosphere and an environment conducive to healing which will open doors to stability and thriving in life. At THINK Higher Spirit Academy we provide a unique, innovative and forward thinking high school that includes traditional academics intertwined with a curriculum focused on neurological development for the purpose of operating at a higher level of consciousness. This is to assist our next generation of leaders with evolving and progressing within their system of learning and education as well as fostering higher level, executive and more critical thinking to be more effective as they move the planet forward.
At this Youth Center, we provide personal development workshops, pre-pageant workshops, sports activities, pageant productions, interactive and fun activities, focus groups, fashion design and creative opportunities for youth to express themselves, and enjoy being a youth while they make new friends and interact with their peers in a safe and stimulating environment.
